Project-Based Refunds: For all project-based services offered by RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS, refund terms will be decided mutually between the client and RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS according to the contract established before any payment is made initially. All refund conditions, milestone-based payments, and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined in the service agreement/contract signed by both parties.
Contract Terms Precedence: The specific terms mentioned in your project contract will take precedence over this general refund policy for project-based services. Please refer to your signed contract for detailed refund and cancellation terms applicable to your specific project.
General Services/Products
Cancellation Requests: Cancellations for non-project services will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the services have been initiated or if deliverables have been shared with the client.
Non-Cancellable Services: RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS does not accept cancellation requests for services where work has already commenced, code has been deployed, or intellectual property has been transferred to the client.
Defective Deliverables: In case of receipt of defective or non-functional deliverables, please report to our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. The request would be entertained once our technical team has checked and determined the same at our end.
Service Quality Issues: In case you feel that the service delivered is not as per the agreed specifications or as per your expectations as outlined in the contract, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision in accordance with the contract terms.
Warranty Services: In case of complaints regarding the services that come with a warranty or maintenance period, please refer to the warranty terms specified in your contract.
Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS, it will take 14-21 business days for the refund to be processed to you, depending on your payment method.

Partial refunds may be applicable based on the percentage of work completed
No refunds will be provided for completed and accepted deliverables
Refund amounts will be calculated based on the contract terms and work completed up to the cancellation date
