Digital Deliverables

For digital services and deliverables offered by RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS:

1. Delivery Method: All digital deliverables including source code, documentation, design files, and other project materials are delivered electronically through secure file transfer methods, cloud storage links, or version control systems as agreed in the project contract.
2. Delivery Timeline: Services and deliverables are provided within the timeline specified in the project contract and/or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Timelines are subject to the scope of work and any changes requested during the project lifecycle.
3. Delivery Confirmation: Delivery of all services and digital assets will be confirmed via email to the email ID specified at the time of registration or as mentioned in the project contract.
4. Access and Credentials: For services requiring access to platforms, applications, or systems, credentials and access details will be provided through secure channels within the agreed timeline.
5. Intellectual Property Transfer: Transfer of intellectual property rights, if applicable as per the contract, will be completed upon full payment and formal acceptance of deliverables by the client.
6. Support and Maintenance: Post-delivery support and maintenance will be provided as per the terms specified in the service agreement.

Geographical Limitations

RESOURCEGEEKS NETWORKS primarily operates within India. International services may be subject to additional terms, timelines, and costs which will be communicated separately.
